Jake Bass has served as a trusted attorney to Fortune 100 companies, nationally recognized public figures, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives. He routinely handles intellectual property, employment, commercial, and civil rights matters.   

Over his career, Jake has helped his clients navigate some of the most complex issues in the law. His engagements have ranged from “bet the company” litigations, international transactions, and national public scandals to single-plaintiff civil rights work, internal investigations, employment law compliance, and startup guidance.

Prior to founding Bass PLLC, Jake worked at nationally-recognized law firms in Manhattan and Washington, D.C. He holds a B.A. in Chemistry, cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross, and he earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School. While in law school, Jake served as the Managing Editor of the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice. Jake is admitted to practice law in Colorado, New York, New Mexico, Washington, D.C., and Wyoming. He resides in Denver.
